Clear and Activate the Chakras

BALANCE AND ALIGN YOUR CHAKRAS WITH AFFIRMATIONS

These affirmations can be spoken aloud, written in your journal, or placed where you will see them.  Work with the affirmation for the chakra that needs your help right now, or say them all together.  Ask your inner wisdom what you need.  Notice if any of them seem difficult to say; that is an indication that you have some healing to do!  Repeat the ones that are most meaningful to you right now.  I recommend beginning with the root chakra and working your way up the channel of energy centers.

Root Chakra (Red)

I have enough; I know enough; I am enough

Sacral Chakra (Orange)

I am creative, strong, and capable

Solar Plexus Chakra (Yellow)

I am a powerful, radiant, magnificent being of light

Heart Chakra (Green)

I give and receive love effortlessly and unconditionally

Throat Chakra (Blue)

I easily speak my truth

Third Eye / Brow Chakra (Indigo)

I am guided by my inner wisdom

Crown Chakra (Violet)

I am peaceful, whole, and balanced

After saying these affirmations, what do you notice?  Did any sensations pop up?  Any thoughts that surprised you?  Or even didn't surprise you?  If you like to journal, this is a great time to write out your thoughts.
