Join us for a mindful movement practice to improve strength and balance in our bodies and minds. The forms are very simple to learn and there’s not a lot of complicated choreography. Beginners and all bodies are welcome! Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in, and bring a water bottle (we have water here as well). Instructor Stu has been studying for over 20 years.
