Join Caitlyn for a powerful meditation to prepare for 2024! We will use bolsters and blankets to be comfortable during this meditation (we have community props, or bring your own!). Each participant will receive an individual Reiki healing from Caitlyn to clear what's no longer serving and invite in the energy you are welcoming in for the next year.
