Why “Heart Mind”?

In Japanese, the word Kokoro (心) means heart, mind, and essence/spirit. Through my study of Reiki, I fell in love with the idea of healing all levels simultaneously. In fact, true healing MUST take place on all levels.

All my offerings take this concept into account. We aren’t healing one part of ourselves, but rather our whole being: heart and mind <3
